Aliso Viejo, CA, Tuesday August 17, 2004- Just in time for Back-to-School and Hispanic Heritage Month, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) will be reaching 2.5 million Hispanic households this September through Carmens Cupones y Consejos (Carmen's Coupons, Tips and Advice).

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is proud to be the nations leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education, providing the Latino community more college scholarships and educational outreach support than any other organization in the country.
